Steve Kelly Rox

Blimey, he's gone electric !

About Me

An unplugged version of 'On Your Own' - tarted up version on the new album Bedrock.
A mimed version of the then work in progress, 'Sense' - the finished track can be found on Bedrock. About two thirds of the way through there is a problem with the light and the picture is replaced with adverts for my page and the new album - but stay tuned because there's a nice instrumental coda.
Remembering Quintessence, Skid Row, Gary Moore and Derek & The Dominos
Remembering Uriah Heep, Colosseum, Nazareth, Dr Feelgood, Kursaal Flyers

THE LOW-DOWN
I know, I know, no sooner do you get used to his gentle, subtle, acoustic songs then he comes along with this rag-bag of hoary old rock tunes.
Bloody racket !
Let an ageing hippy loose with an electric guitar and a four track portastudio and this is the sort of debacle that ensues.
He won't listen to reason - well the truth is he can't hear a word you're saying - he's Mutt and Jeff (that's deaf for all you non English dwelling peoples).
He seems to think that people on Myspace will listen to anything once - and on that basis he therefore thinks that he's in with a chance.
Thus, if you like this sort of thing, then you might like his other sorts of things:
Steve Kelly
Steve Kelly Cinders
Steve Kelly Pushing
The Further
This features his cosmic, psychedelic songs - by way of a fairytale ! Or to put it another way his bombastic, blinkered, reveries on a theme of delusion and illusion. Only for the gullible of mind.
