For me inspiration is everywhere. I find it in the beauty of nature, landscapes, the people I meet and even in fantasy. I am influenced by the pain and joy in life.
I have no formal training in the arts, only a passion for doing art and over 30 years of practice.
I work with many mediums; oils, acrylics, pastels, charcoal, pen & ink, pencil, oil pastels, clay, and paper mache’.
My works include portraits, landscapes, still life, floral, fantasy art, clay sculpture, graphic art and paper mache’ masks.
My imagination is reflected by the use of strong color and content in my art.
I taught several small classes using the art techniques I learned. On occasion I do demonstrations of my art skills locally. I participate in art shows in the San Antonio area.
