About Me

Hello fellow Myspacers, My name is Mark Foley and up until a couple of months ago I was a United States Congressman who represented the 16th Congressional District of beautiful state of Florida. I was born in Newton, Massachusetts. When I was three years old, my family moved to Lake Worth, Florida. I am a 1973 graduate of Lake Worth Community High School and I later attended Palm Beach Junior College. At age 20, I started a family restaurant, the Lettuce Patch, with my mom. Later I became a real estate broker. At the age of 23 I was appointed to the Lake Worth City Council as a Democrat, but the Dems were a bunch of little pussies so I switched parties in the 1980s. I was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 1990 and to the Florida Senate in 1992.Now I am in a program to deal with my alcohalism brought on by years of being molested as a young boy at the hands of a priest. As a republician I believe that personal accountability is critical to a functional life, unless of course someone else did something to you first!div src="http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g296/edge06/layouts/p romote/button1.gif"
