I'm just an average person, who happens to love rats.
I don't support breeding, not of any animal under any circumstances.
Small animals are no different to cats and dogs, petstore stock comes from mills.
I don't support sales of animals in petstores, it is simply evil and putting profits in the pockets of those who inflict suffering. It is not rescue, it is creating more demand for the petstore to stock more animals that will end up suffering. You wouldn't give a guy a $20 bill out of your pocket for beating his dog at the side of the road, would you? Then why give a shop owner inflicting the same abuse your money? The only difference is the sign above the door.
Instead, support your local shelters and rescues who are always the ones who end up doing what is right for those animals.
I want to thank all those people in the world who rescue animals, regardless of what type of animal.

I'd like to meet:

More people who are educated about domesticated rats.
People who adopt their animals from animal control, shelters, and rescues.
People who would like to see a day when no animals were sold in petstores, or by breeders, ever again.
If you think that buying companions from petstores and breeders is not a big deal, and something that you shouldn't be condemned for, then watch this video called Dr. Death.

If you still insist that you shouldn't be regarded as being a huge part of the problem just by purchasing animals from petstores and breeders, then here are some of the animals that your actions are 100% responsible in condemning.

Please don't turn away or refuse to look at them. At the very least you owe them your awknowlegdement considering that you played a part in ending their lives.
BE SMART. BE COMPASSIONATE. Spay and neuter your companions. Do not breed your animals while millions suffer and die in shelters every year. Do not support backyard and mill breeding facilities by purchasing animals in petstores. DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE!
If you don't agree with the above, then that is fine by me, but don't bother boring me with your lame ass excuses and arguments. Instead, take a drive to your nearest animal control or shelter facility and give your excuses to those animals that are scheduled to be destroyed, and the people who do the job of destroying them. I'm not interested in hearing any of your selfish excuses, I'm really not.
Oh, and I would like to meet Albert Einstein and Christopher Walken too.
