Influences: All the great music I've listened to has influenced me Pfunk, Mothers Finest, Miles, Donald Bryd, Weather Report, Yellowjackets, Prince, Ray Charles, EWF, James Cleveland.
Of course hard not to be influenced by the talented people I've worked with, but the largest influence has been life itself. The constant change. The pressures and pleasures. All of this has guided my musical direction. I've always viewed my life as a prism that music passes thru like a beam of light. The prism alters and influences the shape and color of the light that passes thru it. Music is the same way to me.
