About Me

A button on one of my bags reads "Music=Life" - for me, that statement is definitely true. I first began playing guitar when I was 15 after hearing U2's 'Joshua Tree' album. When I was 16, I was lucky enough to start taking lessons from an amazingly talented guitarist named Eric Rechsteiner. Soon I started writing my own songs and playing in bands. After a while, life's other responsibilities started to take time away from playing guitar and eventually my guitar found itself collecting dust in the closet. Just about 8 years ago, I pulled my guitar from the closet and set out to re-learn the songs I once knew and write new songs. Since then I have written several songs and my one guitar has turned into a collection. I've had the pleasure of playing with several musicians that I admire and I am currently recording songs in my home studio. I am always looking for people to jam with and always jotting down song ideas.
My goal with this MySpace site is to get together and record with friends and post the songs here. If you're interested in recording and having some fun, send an e-mail to [email protected] or leave me a message here.
