Barry and Levon.
An incomplete list of music I like in no particular order...U2, The Cure, Jellyfish, The Smiths, David Bowie, The Killers, Matchbox 20, Dave Matthews Band, Rodger Clyne and the Peacemakers, Goo Goo Dolls, Stephen Lynch, Steve Poltz, Dido, Blink 182, Depeche Mode, The Outfield, OMD, Dead Milkmen, Mathew Sweet, New Order, Hate Dept, Front 242, Bauhaus, Big Papa and the TCB, Journey, Adam Ant, Joy Division, Smashing Pumpkins, Live, The Wallflowers, John Mayer, Incubis, Gin Blossoms, The Refreshments, New Order, Sheryl Crow, Foo Fighters, Lit, Jason Mraz, Kid Rock, Flogging Molly, The Finnians, and Joie Calio.
I like movies. Classics like Monty Python, Princess Bride, and Say Anything. I Love Dogma! I'm also a huge fan of Boondock Saints, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Office Space, The Highlander (original only, none of the sequals), Empire Records, So I Married an Axe Murderer, Four Rooms, Twin Peaks-Fire Walk With Me, Pulp Fiction, The Fisher King, Victor Victoria, and the list goes on.
I like Law and Order: Criminal Intent, most everything on the Food Network, Chuck, Two and a Half Men, The Daily Show, Rules of Engagement, Absolutely Fabulous, The State, and Jakers! The Adventures of Pigley Winks. But in my house, we mostly watch Noggin and Playhouse Disney because that's what Zoe likes.
I just finished "The Truth, With Jokes", by the brilliant and brilliantly funny, Al Franken. Others I've read recently include; "The DaVinci Code", "Don't Know Much About the Bible", "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them", "The Art of Happiness", and "The Devil's Bride". All of which are exceptional books. If they weren't, I wouldn't have finished them. I'm dyslexic and have a short attention span, so if a book isn't immediately great, I lose interest quickly.
The Dalai Lama. My Granny. My daughter. Bono. Parents who really put their kids first, not just say they do, but actually do, all the time, no matter what.
