At age 10, my music teacher told me that I had no ability whatsoever... I only had two lessons!
At age 13, I picked up my first guitar - I'll never forget that blonde semi-acoustic Hofner with Bigsby tremolo - and learned to play "Love is Blue" on one string. I was really proud of myself.
At age 17, I was "discovered" by Robert Wace (manager of The Kinks), and through his introductions was first signed to Polydor Records and Intersong Publishing.
Unfortunately, due to personal and family reasons, I was unable to pursue my musical aspirations with Polydor, and with the exception of a co-written song performed by Roger Daltrey (1987), nothing has been heard from me... until now!
You can listen to six recordings on this site. All were written and produced by me more than 20 years ago; some, are just as fresh and significant today.
In recent years I started writing and recording again, and to a limited degree, producing new artists. I am in the studio working on new material for release later this year.
