I like movies. I have watched movies all of my life. Although I like all kinds of movies, I usually find the darker they are, the better! Elvira, The Late Movie, all the stuff they showed at Halloween, those were my favorites. I really liked the cheap, campy movies best. It seems like most of the time movies get made by the big companies, the company is so worried about not doing anything to offend anyone that they end up spoiling the whole thing, so I watch a lot of Independent films.
I also write for a movie review website, Film Apocalypse (you may have read about it above). I only review Independent movies currently out on DVD. You can go anywhere and read a review of Pirates of the Caribbean, but where can you read a review of something that isn't even available at WalMart? It gives me a chance to answer the questions that I would have asked before picking up a DVD.
