Azrelle
Azrelle's outward appearance hardly touches her inner beauty and innocence. She is a very honest and good person despite most of society’s views of anyone wearing black. She finds solace and strength in her new friend Synn after dealing with some personal tragedies in her life before venturing off to her first year of art school. Though Az has always been drawn to the darker side of love and life, she realizes this alternate world stretches farther than her wildest imagination. As her new life begins and new freedoms are attained, Synn is her tourguide into the nightlife filled with dark characters, music, and misadventure.

Synn
With a closet stock full of skeletons and nightmare worthy memories, Synn has a tongue that cuts to the bone with brutal honesty, harsh sarcasm, and cynicism. With a general intolerance for humanity, Synn walks through life on her own set of rules. She has a deep admiration for blood, gore, human oddities, and any other thing classified as gross, disgusting, or generally "wrong". She keeps everyone at arms length as a defense mechanism though Az is much closer to her heart than she would ever freely admit. Synn entertains relations with Kain, Roxxx, and whomever she deems worthy at the time. She is self involved referring to potential suitors as her fan club. She enjoys nothing more than getting a rise out of random people citing "it makes them live instead of survive if only for a moment." She is blamed for Az's lifestyle by Az's mom and fully embraces the accusation playing it up whenever possible.

Spit
Quiet and reserved, Spit is focused and dedicated to becoming a musician. The front man of Suicidal Stickman, Spit eats, sleeps, and breathes the success of the band. After a tragic fire ended his entire family's life, Spit became withdrawn and quiet except on stage where his inner rage finds a voice. Spit is plagued by nightmares untold and keeps everyone at arms length. He has committed to a life of solitude so as not to be distracted by his ultimate dream of being discovered.

Kain
Kain is the hardcore, egotistical, cyber/industrial lead guitarist of Suicidal Stickman. His own enjoyment is his only priority, and he is very vocal about the fact that no one means anything to him. He is deep within the tattoo/piercing world doing frequent suspensions, scarification, and body modification. Horror movies are comedy, and girls are his favorite play-things. Synn is the only girl Kain has met that understands this, and one often wonders how deep their twisted relationship goes.

Josh Roxxx
Flamboyant and glamorous, Roxxx breathes an almost androgynous sexual energy. Roxxx is obsessed with B-rated monster movies, glam rock, and zombies. His dream girl is Lily Munster with an attitude problem. He plays keyboards for Suicidal Stickman and loves Poison as much as Funkervogt. He's is the epitome of a rock star. His appeal is endless, often drawing Synn in as well as countless others that look to emulate him.

Glum
Glum (or Gregg as he is named by his mother) is Azrelle's younger brother. Az nicknamed him Glum after she noticed Glum had a knack for hiding in dark closets and seemed to want only to communicate with her pet ferret Loki. Glum has an affinity for Synn calling her "Tin" or rather the candy in her purse and seems to see/hear things no one else does.

Loki the Ferret
Loki began as Az's pet ferret and as soon as Glum came into the picture, the two became inseparable partners in crime. Able to communicate with Glum, the two will embark on countless adventures of mischief.

The Little Glaring Girl
No one really knows what's up with the Little Glaring Girl actually. She could give Synn a run for her money in the generally pissed off department though. She lives in Synn’s apartment complex and is always seen on her front stoop watching Az come and go. She never speaks a word and just does what she does best…glares.

Pete & Repeat - two of the Spooky oOokies
When they were alive, they were sideshow "freak" performers singing for a crowd. Pete beheaded Repeat out of anger one night. They both died of course, and they're ghosts because one wants to go on, and the other doesn't. >:)

The Spooky oOokies
The Spooky oOokies are a band of child spirits all who died tragic deaths. They followed Az home after a trip home through the graveyard one night and now they are watching and waiting for something ...or someone.
