I'm sort of all over the place.

Movies:

Fight Club... too many others to name. I’m a huge horror buff. Directors I tend to celebrate: David Fincher, Alfred Hitchcock, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, Ingmar Bergman, Paul Thomas Anderson, Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorsese, Federico Fellini, Akira Kurosawa, Takashi Miike, Kar Wai Wong, Ki-duk Kim, Chan-wook Park, Zhang Yimou, Peter Jackson, David Lynch, Sam Raimi, Wes Anderson, Steven Soderbergh, Steven Spielberg, Christopher Nolan, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Jean-Luc Godard, Francois Truffaut, Sergio Leone, George Romero, Dario Argento, Lucio Fulci, Mario Bava, Guillermo del Toro, Fernando Meirelles, Alfonso Cuaron, Sam Mendes, John Woo, Michael Mann, Brian DePalma, Oliver Stone, John Carpenter, Ridley Scott, Tony Scott, The Coen Brothers

Television:

24 (aka The Jack Bauer Power Hour... greatest show ever) and Transformers (generation one). Others: Family Guy, Nip/Tuck, The Shield, C.S.I., Veronica Mars, The Office, ER, Friends, Chappelle's Show, Kung Fu, King of Queens, South Park, Seinfeld, The State, Batman the Animated Series, The Sopranos, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Perfect Hair Forever, and I suppose since it was a miniseries it can count in this category (that and it rules) - Neon Genesis Evangelion. And my wife has managed to get me hooked on Prison Break, Will & Grace, and Grey's Anatomy... so there.

Books:

The Great and Secret Show, Everville (most anything by Clive Barker). Sin City (anything Frank Miller does), The Zombie Survival Guide, World War Z, Fight Club (anything by Chuck Palahniuk), Rebel Without a Crew, The Divine Comedy. Mostly I read screenplays and books relating to cinema.

Heroes:

Optimus Prime, Jack Bauer, Joe Grace, my cat... and Big Jim Slade - former tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs with the sexual appetite of 100 men. Known to have pleasured thousands of women across the greater Nebraska area.
