Aisha is almost ten years-old when she begins to play classical piano.
She attends then the Jazz Department of "Sweelinck Conservatory" of Amsterdam in 98/99.
In 2000, Aisha returns to Italy and studies with of M° Paolo Birro.
Contemporarily, she attends the "Music University " in Rome; she attends 3 years in one receiving a scholarship for Berklee summer workshops.
She attends the Summer workshops of the "Berklee College"; contemporarily, she attends other workshops leaded by some of the most important italian and foreign artists (the same Paolo Birro, John Taylor, Larry Goldings, Alain Caron, Stefano Battaglia, Franco D'Andrea, Tony Scott, Maria Pia De Vito,Barry Harris..) and the Venice conservatory, studying classical piano with M° Anna Barutti.Aisha performs in the meantime in many jazz-clubs and theaters and plays with high-level italian artists as Sandro Gibellini, Carlo Atti, David Boato, Piero Odorici, Enzo Carpentieri, Marc Abrams, Robert Bonisolo, Mauro Beggio, Fabrizio Bosso, Bruno Marini, Pietro Tonolo, Claudio Fasoli, Marco Tamburini and others.FESTIVAL"EtnoMusic Competition" in Milano (event in which Stanley Jordan has performed as special guest); in this contest, Aisha Ruggieri Quartet wins a prize for the original music written and arranged by Aisha for quartet;
