I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm a mixed blood - Arikara/Ojibwe-Swiss/German mother and grandmother. I seek balance in all things and walk the middle path of a mystic. Peace begins within; I find the meditative path to be essential towards development of that inner strength. My interests include human development, community building, nonviolent communication, vipassana meditation, natural healing, integrated medicine, laughing, dancing and optimizing the essentials of existence.
