Life, everything, everyone. I don't limit myself to categories, all experiences that come my way interest me, whatever they may be. I like the occasional bit of opium and/or LSD.
There are no good or bad things that happen to us, the appropriate thing simply happens at the appropriate time, even though we can't always understand this from our limited perspectives.
Nearly every single person goes through life, and has all the experiences and ups and downs and achievements and failures it brings, but ultimately die never knowing who they actually were! I'm really interested in the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, who instructs to simply keep questioning 'Who am I?', and to seek the source of the 'I' thought itself, as that is the root of all thought, and without which the mind or ego cannot exist. There's no need to ask any other question, or to worry about what is going to happen in the future, or why things are the way they are, because you don't even know who the questioner is yet, or to whom these questions and thoughts are happening in the first place. I want to find that out first.
Like minded people, those who can see through the shallowness and madness around them and dream of realizing who they really are. I want to meet people who don't sit around waiting for the world to change, but who struggle to change themselves first and then watch the difference they are making. Other DJs/VJs, conspiracy theorists, truth seekers, travelers, whores, interesting peeps and everyone else as well. ..

When I was growing up I was heavily influenced by early hardcore, jungle and rave as I shared a room with my brother who was DJing these types of music. I used to listen to all the old Helter Skelter, Dreamscape and One Nation tape packs fanatically and couldn't wait to hear the next Grooverider or Fabio set; I now mix drum and bass, house and trance myself.
At the same time I love British rock and roll, memorable gigs include Oasis in Finsbury Park and Manchester, New Order in Hyde Park and the Libertines in the Manchester Academy. I've discovered Roy Harper and started VJ/DJing at Elevate in Delhi, India.
In this time I have performed alongside Ferry Corsten(NL), Dave Seaman(UK), Altom (France), Vectro Electro(Israel), Sinewave(Australia), DJ San(NL), DFuse(USA), DJ Aqueel, Tanseer, and DJ Dale to name a few...
That 'Why We Fight' is amazing! Baraka, Donnie Darko, Apocalypse Now, Mothman Prophecies, Jacob's Ladder, The Matrix, Pan's Labyrinth, Scum, The Crow, 8mm, V for Vendetta, Shawshank Redemption, Jungle Book (the cartoon one), Carlito's Way, The Usual Suspects, Old Boy, Heat, Le Haine, American History X, Star Wars Trilogy, Lord of the Rings, Goodfellas. Anything with Dave Chappelle in it!..Hindi films are fucking brilliant as well, watch that new one 'Race'!
I haven't watched TV for months and I don't miss it one bit! Beware, when you watch TV the brain goes into a hypnotized state and becomes suggestible and prone to all of the mind programming carried out by most Hollywood films, the 'news', adverts and all of the other mindless shit they put on there...
.and they say you can tell what a kind of person someone is by the company they keep...(7 mins)
ANYTHING BY TIG AKA DAVID ROSEN (Top Friends)! Books that changed my life include The Celestine Prophecy, A New Earth, The Disappearance of the Universe and the Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life.
Killing Pablo, Black Hawk Down, Freaky Dancing, PIMP and Black Water are cool. Read Stupid White Men by Michael Moore (nothing seems to have changed in 7 years!) and Crime & Punishment by Dosteovsky.
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, 1984, Into the Wilderness, The Kite Runner, Being and Nothingness by Sartre, The Genealogy of Morals and Thus Spake Zarathustra (Neitzche), Being and Time by Heideger.
Any words of wisdom from India are never a waste of time (Upanishads, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavad Gita; anything by Ramana Maharshi, J. Krishnamurti, Paramhansa Yogananda)
.. Brilliant track and video by Artifical Intelligence
'Bloodlines'
My family and my REAL friends. A hero is anyone who has the courage to simply be themselves and can be happy no matter what events are going on around them. People who live their lives one day at a time without the need for any comfort and security, and who know that who they are will always be sufficient. True heroes are not movie stars and celebrities, they are the people you never hear about because their egos do not need constant attention and they never demand recognition for their achievements. I aspire to be such a person...
