Band Members: Band members??? Nope.....it's just me (and co-writers)!! I write, perform, and record my own songs. My studio is called John Durant Music Productions which is located just southeast of downtown Nashville. Most of what you'll be hearing on this MySpace site are demos. Some are just musical compositions or jam sessions I recorded just for the fun of it. I may add lyrics later...who knows! I also write and produce songs with my co-writing partners; and with their help, I'm building a very versatile catalog of songs, which I'll be featuring on this MySpace Music page and on the "JohnDurantMusic.com" website.

Sounds Like: Sounds like??? Hopefully I sound like anything but the typical Nashville "cookie-cutter" productions! At John Durant Music Productions, I try to make each song different from my previous songs, and compose music that actually fits with the lyrics, not just another quickie Nashville "demo house" production. I do a variety of different styles from rock to classical, and even rap/hip-hop beats.
