Journalist and feature writer.Regular contributor to the London Evening Standard (98 - 03) on health & fitness/careers. Have also written for The Times, Guardian, Daily Mail, Sunday Herald (Scotland), Sunday Express S magazine, Elle, essentials, Natural Health & Beauty, Here's Health, Prediction, most of the London titles in the Archant Publishing group, Women's Journal, GAT, Ms London and a whole load more, past and present.Worked with the healer Matthew Manning on press liaison and edited in-house magazine. Also scripted a series of health tapes covering various health conditions, including cancer.Worked on press and PR for ex-Eurythmics flautist Tim Wheater.Spent a number of years in the music business working for, amongst others, Uriah Heep, Yes and Peter Gabriel.Made my *recording debut* (of sorts!) on Julian Cope's album Fried - spot me if you can!Now run PR company handling artists in music and the arts, events and launches. Still working freelance as a writer. My Interests

What I live my life by: muinin i d'anam muinin i do chroi muinin i d'aigne (with apologies to my Irish Gaelic-speaking friends!) this loosely translates asTRUST in your soul, BELIEF in your heart, FAITH in your mind- three things which I have to have in all aspects of my life - and especially in the people in it!

I'd like to meet:

Rupert Murdoch and the Queen (believe that and you'll believe anything...).

Music:

Changes by the week (like my age!). But I do appear to have a certain predilection for anything coming out of the West Midlands!

Movies:

Anything and everything by Peter Weir, especially The Year of Living Dangerously. Likewise, M. Night Shyamalan.A favourite characterisation is that of Chauncey Gardner played by Peter Sellers in the 1979 movie Being There - a forerunner of Forrest Gump.

Books:
