KT TUNSTALL HEADLINES FRIDAY NIGHT
We're thrilled to announce Friday's headliner is Scottish singer/songwriter, KT Tunstall who will be the first female to headline a night at Beautiful Days. KT is making a brief stop here in Devon as she prepares to follow up the stunning 'Eye To The Telescope' album with her latest collection, 'Drastic Fantastic'.
Tunstall has taken a string of gongs, including Brit and Q awards and even a prestigious Ivor Novello award for her song, 'Suddenly I See' and has sold over 2 million albums in the UK alone.
For all her lyrical and musical abilities, it's as a live performer that she excels. Her virtuoso use of a foot pedal recorder has become one her most widely-known trademarks, while her band's tight musicality highlight's the artist's gutsy performances, with a foot in folk, roots and blues.
KT joins an already huge line-up of acts including Gogol Bordello, Levellers, Bill Bailey, Afro Celt Soundsystem, New Modely Army, Willy Mason, Show of Hands and Easy Star All Stars to name but a few! For the full running order go to the festival website.
