MySpace codes: CoolSpaceTricks.comBorn around the time when music was played on Grams and sounds played Blues Dance's until the next day, I started listening to my uncle play his music at my family's parties and discovered I had the nak to emulate his style which when he got tired or too drunk I would take over and play what was left of the set. My mum and Dad knew music was going to be a big part of my life, but they didn't really want that as they thought it would interupt with my schooling, which in a way did as I used to run Sound Clash parties in my Lunch Break. By the age of Fifteen I was following Saxon Sound and Safrana B, By the age of Seventeen I had moved on and was DJ'ing at People's Club Pread Street where i was playing Gemi Magic and Tim Westwood. In between time I had hook up with Lush and PC Mistri and we started up a sound called Ladies Choice Which was one of the first Soul and Rare Groove/Reggae Sounds in London. We even went as far as taking the sound to Jamaica with Saxon Sound.. By this time music was my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I even found the time to go to collage and accomplished a Catering course, as my Parants had a West Indian Bakery Called Free Star Bakery. Not that I worked there that often!!!
By Ninteen I did my own thing untill I Meet a group of guys and help to build Latest Edition Rare Groove and Revival. We parted after several years and then I helped to buid The Nasty Boys as a mc and after them The Hot Boyz. As I Became a man who loved all types of music by this time i got introduced to garage music which I enjoyed Imensley, untill it sadly died down. (brig it bak with the love)
I performed on tracks with Rose Windross, Kelly La Rock and The
Godfather MC Creed, and found I had a Gift to MC, Sing and Rap on various Records Such as My House by Noris The Boss Windross etc...
So I put this all to good use then someone one day said I have alot to offer. Being brought up in so many Genre's has influenced me and became my attributes and I am yet to look back. My father past away before I could let him hear what i had to offer, but being the hard working man that he was I decided to Get really serious and dedicated more time to my writing, performing, producing and promoting to make my mum proud and my father (God bless his Soul) dance on his grave and all the way to the Lord. I got together with my old friend Nico (Bravo) from the K2 Family and wrote for some tracks he had laying around in the studio which you can listen to on my page. I Have Almost completed my album and I am Now currently working with a young prodegy Leon Anderson who has been a blessing in disguise and we have set up our own label (OV 2 MINDZ) and tallent scout promo. Im ready to further my career in the music Industry as I know I have something to put to the table.
I am also a Song and Script writer and a producer and in the process in writing my first film 'Nothing ventured nothing gained a?' and no thats not the title, (even though its sounds pretty good for a movie) Dont you think?
With all these qualities and many more (ladies) dont you think I could be someone to adore? I'll save the rest for the movie.
