Led Zeppelin (even after everybody found out they took a great deal of songs from vintage blues people, Zeppelin interpretations, recordings are genius... Zep 1 and Song Remains The Same are my fav)... Pink Floyd (Animals, Wish You Were Here, Darskide, going to see Roger again at MSG in may 2007)JIMI HENDRIX, BAND OF GYPSYS.... Neil Young (Rust Never Sleeps, Harvest, Decade)..... The Allman Brothers..... Black Sabbath and Anything OZZY.. OZZY RULES!! Deep Purple, The Doors.......... ZAPPA!!!!!! (caught him live at the NYC Pier in the late 80's...he did songs from Apostrophe and Joes Garage and there wasn't one music stand on stage... fuckin awesome) Anything Steely Dan.. Donald Fagen's "The Nightfly" (I still listen to that album and it was my first ALL DIGITAL CD "DDD" purchase with a Mozart "DDD" CD by John Elliot Gardner, with my first CD Player in the late 80's.) Thomas Dolby- "Aliens Ate My Buick" Charlie Parker Bach & Mozart..... On a little bit more of a modern note.. very influenced by the whole Rick Rubin/Brendan O'Brien camp!!!!! and let's not forget Eddie Kramer( ZEP II/ III/ Coda, Hendrix/ Band Of Gypys)Other influences: Nuemann, TELEFUNKEN, NEVE,SSL, Fender & Gibson..... DOS!!! and my first computer (windows did not exist except if you bought a MAC) that had a total of 10MB HD. I was the hippest guy on 45th street NYC.....other other influences:Coppola, Scorsese, Woody Allen, Tim Burton, Milos Forman, The People Vs. Larry Flynt, Stanley Kubrick,The Shining with Jack N., Mel Brooks,Cheech & Chong, Beavis & Butthead, Rodney Dangerfield, Bill Murray, Goodfellas, Altered States, Easy Money, Caddyshack, Stripes, Ed Wood, All The Presidents Men, Apocalypse Now, Scarface, The Exorcist, The Big Lebowski........."Your name's Lebowski Lebowski........"I've said enough........whew
