About Me

Well I am getting older by the minute and every day changes to a new one. So I am reaching for the things I let slip by; call it a mid life crises, a moment of clarity or just a busted brain pipe. What can I say? I am a Kid at heart and a Dreamer. (A typical pisces).

I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY where I learned a lot from the streets and the people I grew up with. I have stories that would last for hours of things I have seen and Done, and the people I ran with in those days. It was a great time to grow up there in the 70's and 80's.

Recently I have migrated to Brooklyn's version of the Burbs Staten Island, Were I now reside till I Move on again. Thanks for visiting Myspace.

I am currently working to expand my ventures to a new website called Chainlyn X studio mostly specializing in collectible comics, toys/figures,and my work of photo-journalism.

Our website www.chainlynxstudio.com is currenly up and running, we are still doing modifications, tweeks, twists and tuning. but all in all it is a go, we are basically self funded and the ideas come along faster than the funds come in, so we are building from scratch. We will be posting pictures of conventions we have visited this year, and some shots I took around the greater metro area. Take a look.

If Collectible Comics or toys/figures peaks your interest check us out Chainlyn X studio see what we have to offer or visit us on E b a y userId darkknight311 .

For more information drop me a line at [email protected] C'mon make us famous, I mean.. I am way more interesting than Paris Hilton and probably better looking.

Music:

From Sinatra to Suicidal Tendencies. Music has always played an important part in my life. I have seen so many bands. I like to stray from the norm when it comes to the classics through. To me "cool bands" are The Cramps, Devo, Red Elvis's, Clutch a band I never tire of. The List goes on and on, If you have some new and different music I am always down to listen. I can not stomach the new uncreative dung that is rolling down the mainstream. To me Hip hop is dead. Doug Lazy, Schoolly D, Run DMC, Old LL, Those are the real trend setters, But let's not forget the master of music and Ryhming Lyrics, Frank Zappa. (RIP)

Movies:

From the Seven Samurai to Silent Hill. The only thing I ask of a movie is, "Go ahead make me think" and don't let me predict the outcome, cause I am the annoying guy that goes, oh, it's going to end with.. and he/she is the killer. You know the type.

Television:

That's the thing sitting in my bedroom?? I thought it was for my X-Box. There are only 2 shows I am interested in following besides, The Venture Brothers, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and Full Metal Alchemist. Which are cartoons/anime if you didn't know. Dexter which is probably the most original show since The Night Stalker with Darren Mcgavin, Not that Horrible Remake. ::insert Puking sound:: Heroes, and Supernatural this generations Brothers Grimm whether they know it or not. Thank you guys for making TV interesting to me again.

Books:

Stephan King, Peter Straub, Edger Allen Poe, Clive Barker, HG Wells, Jules Verne, why doesn't that guy get as much credit as Davinci. I mean 20,000 leagues under the sea, Submarines, self propulsion, in that time! Sheesh, what a frickin genius. And Lovecraft. I read a lot of Clive Barker when he came out, and now the left side of my brain is bent.

Heroes:

Philly Cheese Steak with onions and mushrooms. Really though... I feel the heroes go unnoticed, Hidden by the agenda of greedy corporations and McDonalds commercials. when was the last time you heard lets make a Holiday for the guy that created penicillin. Never! It's a shame. (insert heavy Sigh)
