It's Julian Sage's desire to sing and present new and classic music through his generation and into the next!Exciting news! Julian was invited for an impromptu opportunity to sing for the late tenor Sergio Franchi's widow, Eva Franchi, at a private dinner party held in her home. After he sang, Mrs. Franchi announced to Julian and her special guests that Julian would be performing at the annual Sergio Franchi concert held on her estate for an audience of 4000 this September. It has been his dream to share the stage with Eva's 32 piece orchestra ever since he attended her Sergio tribute concert 2 1/2 years ago when he first started singing! The reading of the show was presented at the Tilles Center For The Performing Arts in Long Island with the Nassau Pops, a 70 piece orchestra. The event was a fundraiser for the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County. Julian was specially chosen by legendary producers Phil Ramone and Sonny Grosso for this concert. Phil Ramone said later that he had not met a young man who had the singing talent of Julian since he first met the young Josh Groban. He continued to say that he recognized that Julian had that same unique quality as Josh that one doesn't hear too often in a lifetime in this business.It was such a thrill to work with the amazing cast and these two great producers, along with director Charles Messina. Maestro Louis Panacciulli of the Nassau Pops, and Steven Marzullo from the Broadway musical "Mama Mia" did an excellent job on the music!
