I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm tired of females being marginalized, patronized, and abused. The women who make it really big are so few and far between that they're featured on the nightly news as curiosities. Most women toil for less pay than men, for the same exact work! Plenty of females around the world are treated as second class citizens, animals, slaves, or worse.
We're also destroying our environment and jeopardizing our health and existence with pollution and unsustainable resource use.
This SHOULD not be, it CANNOT be, and it should NOT be tolerated. Let's not take it anymore. Together, we can change everything.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." - Margaret Mead
Words go only so far, but I do have plans. Maybe they'll have impact, maybe not, but at least I'll have tried. Right now is stage 1, networking and starting my marketing company. Because what kind of revolution can succeed if no one knows about it? There are many individuals and groups dealing with aspects of helping females around the world, but where is the unified effort, the united front that washes over all? The world is just so splintered and full of distractions.
The people who've been more or less in charge of the world so far have been mostly male, and look at the mess!! ;-P (Not guy-bashing, BTW, well, just the ones who made the mess.) Does anyone else think that maybe females could clean it up, as they've traditionally cleaned up after guys? That women could care for this world and its resources; leave it in better shape? It's about time, don't you think?
