Sonic Innovation
Sonic Innovation is the studio and production company of Martin Russell, best known over the last decade or so as a core member of Afro Celt Sound System. Martin also writes music for film and television as well as being active as a producer / engineer, and provider of high-class mixing and CD mastering services.
Recent stuff .... has finished mixing and mastering Johnny Kalsi's third Dhol Foundation CD, " Drums and Roses", has produced a duet re-working of Stevie Wonder's " Love's in need of love today" for use in the film "" Darfur Now", mixed front of house for the Imagined Village UK Tour, and is currently working on a solo project with recent Afro Celt Sound System collaborator Dorothee Munyaneza, due for completion and release in early 2008.
