QuasiCrystals
Quasicrystals on wikipedia "Quasi" means "not quite" and they aren't really a crystal because they have an inhomogenious topology. They were first discovered by a mathematician and thought to be only a 'mathematical artifact' until their existance in nature was proven in 2002. Many QuasiCrystals have since been discovered although they are most common in Aluminum alloys.
The quasicrystal they use in the space craft is described in this short film: The "alleged" Roswell crash debris he tested was 99.9% Silicon of various isotopes. We use these isotopes of silicon here on earth in transistors and diodes, they are called N-doped silicon and P-doped silicon. In a diode electricity can only flow in one direction. It is more than likely that the Quasicrystal contains trillions of atomic diodes connected with the a penrose tiling.
How to create quasicrystals
There are many different ways to create quasicrystals, one is described in this film of John Hutchison, who completely misunderstands his work. He also shows the abilities of high powered tesla coils working against each other to create opposing fields which cause strange manipulations in the properties of matter. Elements are transformed into strange isotopes, objects become weightless and fly up into the air. The effects come from Incredibly High Frequency IHF waves.

There are a few types of antigravity propulsion. The first we'll discuss is the superfluid antigravity engine.
Here is the dual axis rotation of a spinning metal object, this is half of the Antigravity principle. It works on a manipulation angular momentum. This video shows a metal object that is perfectly balanced in a case of minimized friction. Notice the point right before it stops. The frequency of (time between) spins gets faster and faster and the object hovers for a brief moment before the friction slows the motion to a stop. Watch the video and think about a giant disc that would start off much more slowly.
The fluid that is spun around the inside of the disc is a Superfluid which flows with no friction and ZERO resistance! The fluid is also a Ferrofluid which means it is magnetic. From my research I have determined that they use a Mercury based plasma that is violet in color. This material is a superfluid and a ferrofluid so they can spin the fluid using electromagnets. Since the fluid has zero viscosity we could keep it in that maximum frequency, hovering indefinitely. As we add energy the frequency gets faster which causes lift.
Another type of antigravity works on IHF electrostatic resonance with 3 amplifiers inside balls on the bottom of the craft. These can be seen in the pictures in this video. These can be pointed to direct the craft's motion in 3D.

Basically the speed of light inside a metamaterial is faster than the speed of light inside a vacuum, because metamaterials can have a negative refractive index for certain frequencies of light. If those frequencies are in the visible spectrum and the metamaterial surrounds an object it will become invisible. The way the craft do it is a little more advanced. They use what are called Surface Plasmons The human eye can only see ~32 frames per second. Flourescent lights actually blink 60 times a second (because AC power is 60hz 120v AC) which is faster than can be detected by the human eye so the light just appears to be on constantly when it is in fact flashing faster than the human eye can detect! What they do with the surface plasmons is to oscillate the frequency range, between the 2 ends of the visible spectrum (Red and Violet) at a frequency that is faster than the human eye can detect. So the craft goes invisible for all the different fequencies of light that the human eye can detect by bouncing around our blind spots faster than we can detect!
