You make up your reality, you effect your reality.Don't let anybody else grasp it.
A little about myself:
I'm gonna say what I'm gonna say.
Disagree or take a part.
I don't care if the radio plays it or if it's not
popular opinion. I've been taking what's in my
mind and trying to put it into images and sounds,
artwork and noise. Sticking to one genre of music
seems a bit frazzled, So it's always been fun hopping
from sound to sound... From instrumental to hip hop,
to folk and anything else.
I fell onto Earth in 1987 and since, have grown to question
what is considered "normal."
(.."It is not insane that is insane, it is the norm
that bleeds abnormalties.")
Now, I ask all that care to listen, "American Idol or freedom!?"
There's too much apathy out there, and not enough involved in
forms of creativity/searching for a conclusion.
Many would rather be fed what is considered art, with a trademark,
and reason, with an agenda.
It's kinda weird trying to explain what I do, but when I'm not
creating sounds/art.. It's hard to feel whole.
I'm not here to exploit myself or make a "hit", But I put my
heart into what I do and hope to cause a spark.
What is considered to be "radical?"
Now is a time you can get locked up for speaking your mind,
But when there's a message, there's hope.
The form of creativity is what will free us, whilst boring pop
songs and a life full of fear will thicken the cage.
Speaking my mind might be frowned upon, but sometimes 'ya can't
make everybody smile.

I’m Leemonster.
I’ve always been into creating and doing things on my own.
I’ve also always believed doing what’s in your conscience and speaking your voice, no matter what others might think.
There is always some form in which you can interact with others to get out what you want to say. Music and Art are that form that allow me to express what’s on my mind with what’s going on for myself and what is going on in this world.
Making music is something that I really enjoy doing. What’s always inspired me to create music is the progression that comes with learning instruments, being able to have a certain unique sound blended with influences. I’ve always tried to have my own sound and experiment with music.
Revolutionaries, Freespeakers, Hip Hop and anything from Folk Music to early punk-rock have always been something that went into my ears and helped fuel me.
Many people think that they have no say in the world, and seem to give up on trying to make any impact on society, but that is so far from true… If anything, people with that mindset have impacted the world by showing others that there must be a large sum of people who gave up on having a voice. People can change the world, change their destiny and bring so much power with their voice. What I’m trying to do is make others realize that and also to do what I love which is create music and speak my mind.
It’s a unique time to be alive in this world, a generation where many agree with one another, and just as often and probably more, disagree. Viewpoints are exchanged, people are murdered endlessly for some of those viewpoints, people point fingers, and a lot goes on behind the scenes. It’s a time where when people turn on the news, FEAR is a trait handed out to all, hope is something made to look like an illusion, and people would rather keep themselves updated on the highly rich celebrities and ensemble rather than living their life, making their OWN news and interacting positivity with others. The whole world is watching, and soon, the whole world will be watching more than their television once they realize how much of their life and time it had been taking away from them.
Much of what I think and believe is mentioned in my artwork, writing and songs. I do not ask at all for anybody to think I’m forcing them to agree with anything I say, but do on the other hand, ask people to respect and look into my viewpoints. For the same with anybody.
I personally, am sick of the media today, and contradictions given all the time when “Freedom of speech†is discussed. The constitution is something that is falling apart, and now people can just as easily be labeled as a terrorist,(taken off the streets, searched and invaded, taken away, for questioning things) as people were labeled as communists in the past, or even labeled as “witches†like in the Salem Witch trials… I relate it to those because that is how ridiculous I think it is getting with all the finger pointing… but I’ll try to keep myself from a full-scale rant on that issue… I would just like to state that the media today is in fact not reporting the news, but what they are told to report. I invite anybody to look up records of how many companies and corporations actually own certain businesses, newspapers, tv stations, etc. Now is a time to ask questions, protect your rights and keep an opened mind.
I make music concerning myself with politics because in the mainstream music, our liberties are hardly ever spoken about… and when I mean speaking about it, I mean more than “democrat or republican“(one in the same underneath?) .. I mean actual concern. The only music post 9/11 that is relevant to the people’s rights and political topics are artists that don’t come close to getting radio play.. Artists like Paris, Dead Prez, Ministry, Public Enemy, Jello Biafra, Immortal Technique, Agents Of Change, TruthTold, etc. We must create our own sources of information to get viewpoints across when those being sold for a price too high on tv and radio can not be trusted.
Racism, Self-Racism, Sexism, and self-sexism and violence are the only messages I seem to hear whenever I’m near a radio or tv, and that’s about to change because we are going to crash through the media barrier with all of our voices, those who aren’t afraid of expressing themselves, and the media will be forced to cover important matters and the truth of things.
The youth need a voice and a better direction.
Those who take the time to check out my music, artwork and who are reading this, thank you. Whether you agree with me or not, I’m going to speak out and encourage everyone to do the same. I try and get my music out to many and as best as I can for just one person self-releasing material without any label or affiliations. I encourage the downloading and sharing of my music as well.. But would highly appreciate it if anybody interested in my material would check it out. My latest album is kept to the price of $5 and it feels so bad putting a price tag on my thoughts and words, honestly I cannot stand money, but it’s a lot of support whenever somebody gets one of my albums.
Do what’s in your heart, put a hole in Hollywood, Poke out the eye of the pyramid and create!
