Watch out new Widow People's Pub songs
"Widow People´s Pub" consists of the members Murphy (guitar); Boiler (bass & vocals) and ED (drums). This guys rock Germany since the establishment 2004 in good old Halle / Saale . They search always for the BIG RIFF. You can get the first record "little BOOST" ("boiling- records") since January 2006, whole after the slogan: Stoner Punch'n Roll. The 9 Songs are a mix from straight Punchdrive and stoner riffs (an independent CD-Review it given from the Spanish label "MENTES DE ACIDO" http://www.mentesdeacido.com/). In April 2006 "Widow People´s Pub" won the 2.Platz on the "Kickstart festival" in Halle ( Saale ). Future: 2006 stands already some shows (with "57Chevy" (NL); "Mother Misery" (SWE); "Drive By Shooting" (D); "Earthbend" (D); "El Thule" (IT); "Toner Low" (NL); "Samavayo" (D); "DYSE" (D)...) and a few more will be planed. In the autumn "Widow People´s Pub" is going to record a new LP in a studio and wants to release it in 2009.
So let them be rock.
They found the inspiration in the desert. "Stone Wedge" played some Gigs between "Altenburg" and Leipzig and meet Eddy in 2005. Stone Wedge were complete with "Eddy the Mashine" on the lead guitar and backround vocal. Inspired of "Kyuss", "Dozer", "Truckfighters", "Black Sabbath" and "monster magnet", they began to make music. Stone Wedge means roaring Fuzz- guitars, hammering drums, a bad voice and each quantity of melody. A big piece of music somewhere between "Stoner", progressive ones and hard skirt. The Songs acts of love, drugs, politics and surreal experiences. They played with "Terraplane", "calcium" (GB), , "Sickpop ", "Deville" (SWE), "orange Sunshine " (NL), "Sergej the Freak " (SWE). In October 2005 they had there personal high light: a concert with Vic you Monte (USA) in "Kanonenhaus Altenburg", where they met the ex "Kyuss" members "Alfredo Hernandez" and "Chris Cockrell". At the same time they work on the EP Strangers From right Above began!. The record was released on 6.1. 2006. The "VILLA" in Leipzig was sold out!. The "Stone Wedge" is rolling, babe...
After doing some musical experiments, 4 guys from dresden decided to do stoner. It was in 2005,
when they tuned their guitars down, pulled the volume up and called themself BURNING MOTORS
(because of the song "burning motors" written by WHEATBUCKET).
After that, they created a set full of fuzz, groove and melodies. In the end, it´s ass-kicking
and titty-twisting stoner flavoured with some doom-parts.
Inspired by kyuss, dozer, black sabbath, gorilla monsoon...and many more, they try to go their
own way and do the music, they like the most.
After some personnel changes, BURNING MOTORS now is a band full of energy, how you can see at
their gigs - when they go with full force ahead. but girls:keep attention - they will strip
your panties ;-)
Born To Hula established in Febrary of 2006. There´s no matter these guys are in love
with the music. It´s a powertrio with 70´s roots. Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix,
Fu Manchu, QOTSA, KYUSS, EofDM, Bob Marley, AC/DC, The Beachboys, The Kinks, Bill Haley,
Deep Purple, Allman Brothers, Brant Bjork, Che, Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in
Chains, Soundgarden, Pink Floyd... are just a couple of records you can find in there stack.
The sound, the groove & the tunes are basically important for this formation but there´s
a point that could´nt be explained wich makes this band unique. Maybe it´s the friendship
between the members. Rangar is the one on Base and sometimes on the mic. Jo beat the drums.
Pete is messing around with the most exclusive guitar you can find at the junkyard and tell
you some stories also on the mic. The music of these three guys is always groovy and sounds
like older stonerock from the 90´s mixed with the root stuff. In Summer 2006 they recorded there
selfreleased "Sunset Radio" EP with three tracks and a funny intro. In autum 2007 they will
record there first longplayer. So check out these guys. Don´t miss the next show!

"July 2005: The two brothers sidney foxx(drums and vox) and master joel(bass) met a guy wearing a kyuss-shirt - spanky - on a small festival...fortunately, he told them that he was a guitarist and they asked if he`d like to jam with them one time cause their old band (evil art) split up. The first jam turned out to be very sucessful and they decided making music together! At first, the band was named "belzeboobs" and two cd`s (1.canabis homini deus est - 2.Rotting Christ with Bloodred eyes) were recorded but the quality wasn't that good. Shortly before signing a managment contract with lord bishop, they decided to rename the band into "burn pilot". This stands for a mixture between kickass-rock`n`roll, stonerrock and psychedelic with some blues-influences. You can check the latest 4-song EP and build your own opinion about that! Nowadays they hit the road to bring some dope`n`roll out to your town, dude, so don't miss their show.... CAUTION:PUNCHDRUNK GERMAN RAWWWWK!!!!!!! "
...loud, real and uncompromising!!! Who'd really thought Rock N'Roll is dead, is wrong. Hey, you forgot about RETURN TO PEEZE... This band, consisting of four longhaired guys from Halle/S. (Germany) who found each other in 1999 to put their passions of Hardrock, Punkrock and Blues together and mixed their personal cocktail ...called KICK ASS ROCK N'ROLL !!Influenced by great Rock Legends like AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple and all those current Rock N'Roll Heroes from Sweden, for instance The Hellacopters, Backyard Babies or The Bones and nearly a century of stageexperience, they create music style far away from all that Popshit and Indie-Rock-Thing. If you dare to join one of these action fueled and electrifiing live shows of RETURN TO PEEZE you'll ever be sure that Rock N'Roll is still alive, 'cause things like posing, headbanging, killer-guitar riffs & solos and just having fun on stage, are no foreign words for the guys... so be sure they'll also kick YOUR ass, honey!!!
Voller Elan ging die Band sofort daraufhin wieder ins Studio und nahm die Platte Between the Ages „of 6 and 60“ auf. Sechs sehr druckvolle Songs, die auf eine laute und energetische Show hoffen lassen. Einige Auftritte stehen wieder bereits fest, sie können über die Internetseite der Band: www.soundfarmstandard.de abgefragt werden.welcome back to the heavy rock´n roll show , enjoy BETWEEN THE AGES
