I am an all round bright spark who believes in living with intention... Walking to the edge... Choosing with no regrets... Pushing the boundaries... Working hard but playing even harder... I believe I am in complete control of determining my destiny by being self reliant and never making excuses... I supply my own security... I risk more than others think is safe, care more than others think is wise, dream more than others think is practical and expect more than others think is possible especially of myself... The life that I live was created by my choices, I have followed my own path and I am proud of all that I have achieved... Most of all I absolutely love who I am and therefore consider myself exceptionally fortunate...My Life Motto Is... Live like there is NO tomorrow... Love like you have NEVER been hurt... Most importantly... DANCE LIKE NOBODY IS WATCHING !!!!!My life’s passion has been dance music... It all started in 1990 when I first heard a group called Quadrophonia and I was hooked instantly... Then in 1991 I went to work with one of Adelaides most well known and respected promoters of Continuous Flow Productions Paul Hamon at the dance music's street press of the time THE CORE MAGAZINE... Whilst I was still very much underage (ssshhh) the world of dance music had just opened up to me in a major way... I embraced such clubs as State, Kontrol, Co Club, Synagogue, Big Ticket, Venus, Chemistry and the world of raving followed suit, nights such as Devils Night, Smile, Jigsaw, Moose, Ultraworld became my weekly solace at the weekend... 16 years later I am still very much in love with dance music in fact it is all I listen to... When Faithless wrote the song "God is a DJ" I thought back then "oh great just what we need more ego boosting for some that are already overly inflated", but now I understand what they were on about... It is after all the only religion I believe in and that works for me... 2006 marked an important year for me and my dance music history I was offered the chance of running my own club nights at Cherry Bomb... I had always had the dream of doing so but my mortgage ensured I had to get an education in order to pay for the biggest commitment I could make at 22... My day job payed the bills nicely but medical research really was not my cup of tea... Running a club was and Cherry Bomb started because of my love of the Electro sounds I had been hearing in Melbourne but not in Adelaide so we went about creating a club that became quite successful More importantly it showed me I could do what I dreamed and do it well...2007 marks the beginning of my ultimate dream... I am off to Melbourne to learn the promotional ropes from some of the countries finest promoters, so when I return to Adelaide I will have not only the knowledge, the know how but the passion to reclaim the Adelaide scene by taking it to the level it deserves to be I am sure will have grown beyond containment...
