About Me

Allow me to introduce the original who has no sequel. My name is Charles L. Jennings Sr. and I was born in Toledo, Ohio to the proud parents of Sandra S. Temple and my late father, Clarence W. Jennings. I come from a family of five whom are very blessed with the gift of music. The names are as follows... Chester "Lyfe" Jennings, Jay Rush, Paul Hall and my sister Dawn Jennings. As a child growing up, my world was turned upside down when I got the news that my Father had been murdered. I went through many trials in my journey of life, but as it is written... "to enjoy success, one must suffer to truly appreciate what God gives thee." Coming from a family where music was our identity and as the original member of "The Dotsons", I left the group to pursue a different path that I couldn't quite understand at that time. It wasn't until my Father was murdered that I realized that God had blessed me with the gift to turn my tears into written emotions. At the age of 14, my journey began and while the road has been very rough at times, because of my belief in God and faith in myself, I have been able to nurture my gift and start my own greeting card business entitled "Unzaid Emotionz" that will be coming soon.
