We have one main objective here - saving as many Sumatran tigers as possible.
There are only around 300 of these magnificent animals left in the wild, and without our help, they are likely to become extinct with the next ten years. That's EXTINCT people, not here anymore, GONE forever, NEVER to be seen again, EVER!!!!!
Sorry, but I cannot stress this enough.
Tigstock has been set up to help save these creatures, in association with The Sumatran Tiger Trust and South Lakes Wild Animal Park, and the first things we are gonna do is organise a ROCK gig!
We'll have 3 GRRRReat bands (sorry, couldn't resist!), good company and a fun atmosphere. All you need to do is come to the gig!
How easy is that??
If all goes well, we will do it every year, to keep the Rangers out in Sumatra, for however long it takes - until they are no longer needed.
