THE TOUR KICKED OFF ON MAY 5, 2007 AT THE FOX FINE ARTS CENTER IN EL PASO, FOLLOWED BY CHICAGO ON AUGUST 25 AT THE BALIWICK ARTS CENTER, AND SAN ANTONIO'S JUMP START PERFORMANCE COMPANY ON DECEMBER 8, 2007. Adriana lived an amazing year in 2006. Not only did her first production ever open in Los Angeles but as a result she was awarded the 2006 Toyota Moving Forward Award from over 2,500 nominees nationwide for moving forward in the entertainment field and creating,producing,directing, and performing in The Art of Being. It was an intense six month experience which included two appearances in Glamour Magazine, a trip to NY to the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, and finally an award ceremony thrown in her honor at Republic in LA by Glamour and Toyota presenting her with her award and its prize the 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. All that was followed by the re opening of The Art of Being in November 2006 and now the tour! Now the cast stands by Joy Nash as she becomes a you tube star with over a 1,000,000 hits for her monologue turned video, Fat Rant, which has landed her everywhere from the LA and NY Times to BBC London Radio to most recently Entertainment Tonight. The cast is a talented blessed group! This is Adriana's six month award experience in pictures, which included a three month waiting period to see if she had won. ..
