There is an old American proverb that says, the grass is always greener on the other side.
Really?
Humankind’s curiosity has long been drawn to what constitutes a happy life. From early Greek philosophers to the present day, we’ve been fascinated with the concept. The Greener Side will explore this fascination and share the insights we find through conversations with professionals who spend their lives studying it, artists and leaders who seek to inspire it, and everyday Americans pursuing it. TGS wants to humanize the pursuit of happiness by taking it from a declaration of independence to the struggles and insights of the people that have hit our shores and our borders seeking it.
The Greener Side is currently being filmed in the U.S. and Mexico as we visit small towns and big cities in as many States as possible. If you have time, check out our blogs (or "blofs" as we like to call them ;), our neighbors share the most amazing insights and stories in them!
