leftMark has played keyboards for MAGNUM since 1980 and has not long finished recording the latest Magnum studio album which was released in March on SPV Records entitled: 'Princess Alice and the Broken Arrow' a limited edition DVD of the making of the album accompanied the first 1000 CD's. (New track 'Dragons are Real' from the new album now playing) The new album also debuts and features long time friend Jimmy Copley on drums, who is now a firmly establiched member of Magnum. Mark also plays keyboards for M3 Classic Whitesnake (and has done since 2004 to date) festuring original Whitesnake members: Bernie Marsden, Neil Murray, Micky Moody, also featuring Jimmy Copley, and Swedish vocalist Stefan Berggren (Snakes in Paradise).
Amongst many others, Mark also played with Phil Lynott's solo band and formed a band with Phil Lynott called Grandslam in the early eighties. Mark has recently worked with long time friend and legendary Led Zep vocalist Robert Plant for a couple of local charity performances which was billed as 'The Return of the Honeyfrippers' which also featured Mo Birch (Mark's wife)on vocals, Robbie Blunt guitar and slide who Mark & Mo played with in the seventies in a band called 'Little Acre', and Andy Sylvester (Ex Chicken Shack and an original Honeydripper) also on guitar, Wayne terry on Bass, Steve Aitkens on Drums and Nadia Pearson on backing vocal. Mark has played/performed with many other noteable artistes and bands, including Rainmaker, Little Acre, Lisa Mills, Ozzy, Roger Taylor (Queen), Bernie Marsden's Blues Band, Ruby Turner, Jaki Graham, Roy Wood, Tyla and the Dog's D'amour, John Sykes, Auto de Fe, Mama's Boys, Mike Sanchez (Big Town Playboys), Ian Jennings (Playboys), to name a few...Mark has also played on over 50 albums to date........................................................
