I've recently completed a hectic but very stimulating week at the Sage Gateshead playing for "MUSIC MATBAKH" a wonderful collaboration of musicians from N. Africa and the middle East. In the last 5 months I've recorded albums with the wonderful SIOUXSIE SIOUX, (Produced by Steve Evans and Charlie Jones) Charlie and I went on to Rockfield Studios to record an album for MERZ. I also travelled to ICP studios in Brussels for BERRY, a new artist signed to Universal France. Jazz gigs continue to be an important source of inspiration - gigs with THE BLESSING and most recently with ANDY SHEPPHERD and JAMES MORTEN.
