Hello "friends"!! I'm playing bass for a bit more than 20 years now... I began in the middle of the 80's to play a lot in the Parisian club's, then did my first tour with the French singer, "Bill Deraime"(1988). In 1989,I began touring all over the world with the fantastic jazz violinist,Didier Lockwood. It was a great experience that over 5 years took me all over the world.(South America,India,Canada,Etc...) Great music,travels and jams with great musicians(Michel Petruccianni,etc...)I played with the same guys,from 1993 to 1999 with the late and great french singer,poet,Claude Nougaro,another incredible experience,with also many things to learn and to enjoy. In the meantime,I was still playing in clubs,shows and Jazz Festivals(with JJ Milteau,Jean-Marie Ecay,etc...)and did more and more recording sessions. I met in that time, the singer,producer,composer(etc...)Pascal Obispo,who had a big impact on French production.Many recordings,and also tours(1993,2000,2003).I might have played through the years on more than 500 albums for artists such as Claude Nougaro,Didier Lockwood,Youssou N'Dour(Senegal),Roger Hogdson(Supertramp),Pascal Obispo,MC Solaar,Lionel Richie(U.S.A.),Johnny Hallyday,Manolo Garcia(Spain),Charles Aznavour,Kyo,Keren Ann,Francoise hardy,Ismael Lo(Senegal),JJ Milteau,Bubbi(Island),Angel Celada,Revolver,Anna Toroja,(Spain),Souad Massi(Algeria),Jack Savoretti(UK),Tarkan(Turkey),Roberto Alagna,Stéphane Huchard,Lady and Bird, Zachary Richard(U.S.A.),Liza Minnelli(U.S.A.),Paris Jazz Big Band,Marc Berthoumieux,Patrik Bruel,Benjamin Biolay,Jean marie Ecay,Alfio Origlio,Abd El Malick,Jean-Louis Aubert,Carla Bruni,Henri Salvador,Alain Souchon,Marc Lavoine,Laurent Voulzy,Marc Lavoine,Stéphane Eicher,Filet of Soul,Cunnie Williams,Amel Bent,Daara j,Danaé,Manu Katché,etc...(musicals,soundtracks).I'm actually touring now with Johnny Hallyday and still doing many recordings. It's great to play with so many different people,in so many different places,and with my friends!! I love it!
