"Ball Four" by Jim Bouton, "Psychotic Reactions and Carburetor Dung" by Lester Bangs (my biggest influence/inspiration in my writing), "Commodify Your Dissent" by Thomas Frank, music reference guides (the perfect bathroom reading!). I could lie and say I read lots of Chomsky and Zinn but, while I basically agree with their ideas, I find my attention wandering when I read them... so it's mainly books about music and sports
