I am a 41 year old single woman trying to survive. I love music, books, and anything creative. I play the piano, write and love intelligent banter. I am definately a Democrat. I do not believe in ostrecization of any kind. I believe strongly in loyality and that most people don't know what friendship truly means. I believe you must stand up for what you believe in and not "ride the fence", like so many people do. I believe we could have a better world if people just opened up and loved their fellow man not be afraid of them.

My Interests

Music, piano playing, writing, reading, history, Eygptian History especially, astrology, literature, politics and everything else! Am totally entranced by cooking. Gourmet, baking, creative cooking....I love it....it relieves stress!

Music:

I love every kind of music except new country. It sounds too much like pop. I really love gangst' rap, r & b and dance. I'm an urban girl. Beethoven is my all time favorite classical genius. Love Beautiful Creatures, Butch Walker, Dr. Dre, Juvenile, Lil Jon, Kid Cassidy, American Hi-Fi, 50 Cent, Lil Kim, Ludacris, Motley Crue, Erykah Badu, Sade, Beatles, 70's Disco (yes, I love it!!), The Game, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Snoop, Nine inch nails, Prince, and tons of Broadway showtunes...

Movies:

I am the biggest sci fi/horror chick around. Love all the Star Wars movies, A Clockwork Orange, etc. I love that stuff. Napolean Dynamite (Gosh!). Scarface is the ultimate ("First, you get the power...") I do enjoy a tear jerker though, once in a while. And anything with Harrison Ford and Keanu Reeves, they are hot!!!

Television:

I love Hell's Kitchen, Miami Ink...anything and History or Discovery Channel....commercial TV is boring, but I am a Dancing with the Stars Junkie...LOL....I also love, love, love Spongebob (I'm Ready!) and Dark Shadows....

Books:

Heroes:

My hero's are the people I miss in my life. My mother and father who have passed away. They were true hero's. Tom, my beloved, I know you watch me from above. My true friends are also my heros. I also think you should be a hero to yourself and not let anyone take that away.
