I like the same crap everyone else likes. It's possible that I like it more.
I'd like to meet:
The Be Good Tanyas are a Canadian traditional music group, whose influences include folk, country, and bluegrass. The style of music they perform can also be referred to as alt-country, Americana, or New Grass.

Mick Ronson (May 26, 1946 – April 29, 1993) born in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire was an English guitarist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, arranger and producer. He is most well known for his work with David Bowie from 1970 to 1973, Bowie's glam rock period, including being part of Ziggy Stardust's Spiders From Mars band. He also had a solo career, the most notable exponent of which was his Slaughter On 10th Avenue album, that reached No 9 on the UK album charts. Ronson also guested on various different bands' releases after his time with Bowie. He was named the 64th greatest guitarist of all time by Rolling Stone.
Books:
A Spot of Bother by Mark Haddon. A Spot of Bother is Mark Haddon’s follow-up to The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time. It is a poignant, dark, and profoundly human story. I liked it very much, and if you are not a mental juvenile, you will too.
Me and Mr Darcy by Alexandra Potter. Pure unbridled crap. It's not just crap, however. It's the crap that crap comes from. I love anything that's a 6th generation knock-off of Jane Austen, though.
The Gun Seller by Hugh Laurie. The Gun Seller (1996) is Hugh Laurie's first novel. It concerns former Scots Guards officer Thomas Lang and his reluctant involvement in a conspiracy involving international arms dealers, terrorists, the CIA, the MOD, beautiful women and fast motorcycles. Even though he wrote the book, apparently, many years ago--Laurie's stock has risen with his TV show, and the publisher brought it out again. I'm glad, because I rather enjoyed it.
Billy Budd and Other Short Stories by Herman Melville. Dude, it's Melville--a classic. You should read it just so you can sound pretentious at parties.
Heroes:
Tesla and Jack Kirby
I love the work of
Margaret MacDonald Mackintosh
