Coming soon: Day and Night the album!

About Me

Adrienne grew up in a musical family in a small southern town Florence, South Carolina. She started playing the cello at age four, and was constantly surrounded by classical music. As Adrienne grew older, she began to observe the differences of perceptions in many social circles and the different faces people wear in life. Her observations led to many insights on her character, and a feeling of duality on many issues such as race, religion, and love. She uprooted herself after attending the University of South Carolina to hone her craft in Los Angeles. As she began to gain accolades for playing with many artists and groups, she also began to explore the issues of her past and upbringing through songwriting. Eventually she realized her dream was to be more than just a performing cellist and recorded her first rock album. The soon to be released album features the debut of her music, vocals, playing several instruments, and arrangements with all original songs. This album, produced by Barrett Yeretsian, is called Day and Night and chronicles her experiences through life and and love in a lush live rock musical experience.
Since being in Los Angeles, Adrienne has played studio work, orchestral works, television shows, and toured with many star artists. She has played on the Tonight show, with Shaggy, Faith Evans, Frankie J, Clay Aiken, Josh Groban, and Michael Buble. She has also been on the American Music Awards with Josh Groban, American Idol with Reuben, BET Awards with The Game, and recorded several music videos including Josh Groban, Kanye West, Rod Stewart. She filmed the Micheal Buble live DVD concert at the Wiltern theater. She also played with Kanye West, on an MTV show, his live tour dates, the Grammys in Los Angeles, Touch the Sky video, and the Ellen Show and his current projects. On American Idol the last four seasons she performed alongside the contestants in the show's house band. She also played with 30 Seconds to Mars live at the Avalon and on the Late late show with Matt Goss. She just finished a tour of the US and Canada with the popular band the Jonas Brothers. She continues to play with many artists while developing her own music writing and performances as well.
Adrienne plays with many local bands in Los Angeles, including her collaboration with Joshua Radin, Schuyler Fisk, Corrinne Mae, Ryan Hanifil, Alexa Wilkinson, Lobate Scarp, Hayley Taylor, Drew Lawrence, Zehnder, and many other artists. She enjoys taking other artist's music to the next level by playing live cello/singing backup vocals, arranging string parts, and recording in studios by reading sheet music or improvising.
