Adam Sears was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in the 'burb of Buffalo Grove. As a elementary and junior high student, he would annoy his teachers and fellow classmates by making all sorts of weird noises at his desk. Lots of detention was to follow. In high school, he discovered that these noises were allowed under certain circumstances and he began to thrive as a creative individual. He also discovered, while performing Fiddler On The Roof, his sophomore year in high school, he wanted to act and sing for the rest of his life. At Millikin University, he earned a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Performance as well as a minor in music composition. In college he created an a cappella group, part of a rock/pop musical, and many instrumental works. After college he performed live theatre for many years, and performed with Blind Man's Bluff, Chicago's premier vocal rock band. After BMB broke up, he moved to Los Angeles where, as an actor, he has been seen in a few TV shows here and there and independent films. For more about his acting go here: http://adamsears.com. As a musician, he is currently working on many projects such as Lobate Scarp - his progressive-funk-space-opera-rock band, and his own solo works. Check out my band's Myspace page!

MY FRIENDS!!! CHECK THEM OUT!!! FANTASTIC STUFF!!!Guys and gals, if you want some awesome music that rocks the shit out of you, check out Cage 9! This is solid production from top to finish (75 minutes!) of music you'd totally expect to hear on the radio. Trust me, you'll want to have this:
Janeen Leah has one of the best voices you have ever heard.. and her songs are so well put together. Whether she is rocking out or doin' the sultry jazz thang, this is one album you don't want to miss! Help support an amazing indie artist by buying her album.
Shannon Hurley is a lean, mean, songwriting machine. Check out her last EP, Sunrise! Shannon's soothing vocals and catchy melodies will leave you begging for more.. which is good because she's almost done with her next cd!
Chicago (gotta represent!) native, David Thiele, is one talented singer/songwriter. His first full length album, The Opening Act, is quite an accomplishment. Great tunes from beginning to end. You gotta get this!
