Upstart productions offers a portable recording studio to bands and artists predominantly in the NW of england. But it is portable so requests from other areas of the country are also accepted! We record on site at live venues (please listen to swamp fox track above) or travel to homes/garages and rehearsal spaces......The quality of our tools and expertise of our staff are a guarantee of a quality demo, for a fraction of normal studio rates!! We also realise how important your music is to you! Unlike other studios we will not rush you or place ridiculous time constraints on you. To us the quality of our work is as precious as your music is to you! so if you are thinkin about gettin a demo done, consider contacting us first!We also have experienced live engineers for important gigs or can offer in-house engineering for companies wishing for a tailored sound.Futhermore we offer one-on-one tuition in all areas of sound and acoustics. Band Members: At Upstart we have members with 12yrs experience in the audio industry, who have years of working experience in commercial recording studios and production, remixers and experienced live sound technicians. Upstart welcomes Jay Norton to its stables! We have been working on a new demo CD with this amazingly talented individual, Jay writes all his own backing tracks and is a very lively artistic character in the studio. Full of ideas and enthusiasm we predict big things for this young man. We are also pleased to be working with local well respected underground MC Rage. Work has been finished on his second album ’Independent hype vol1’ and we are working on more material for the future! please stop over to his page, also in top friends! MORE UPDATES: Just completed demo with talented young singer songwriter from Widnes by the name of Ali Ingle.
