About Me

The Teddy Boys from the Crypt started their earthshaking endeavor some 10-11 years ago in cold and damp Athenian dungeons... First started as a trio, took a break until the year 2000 and then got together again (with the addition of his highness the Organ Grinder) in order to pursue their goal and aim to rule the world...So far, they have released 2 7" singles on Action Records, they've played numerous gigs alongside legends as the Fuzztones, the Seeds, the 1-2-5, the Vietnam Veterans, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion and shared the stage with equally earthshaking acts like the legendary Sound Explosion (opened twice for the boys) the Frantic V, the Mini Geanies, the Yesterdays Thoughts, the Psykicks and more. They've also appeared in the 2 volumes of Enjoy The Greeks compilations and in the compilations done by Lost In Tyme fanzine and Misty Lane.Additionally, they've extended their powers and influence to the unsuspected people of Germany (Swamp Room Happening, 2006, 2008) and England (Dirty Water-London, May 2007)...Soon, however, they plan to extend their influence even further and farther...So be aware that they DO plan to take on your poor unsuspecting village, town and city...Meanwhile, their 3rd 7" will be out on FUZZ OVEREDOSE Records in the next couple of months... BEWAAAREEEE!!! "Ceaseless Addiction" & "Surf-O-Rama" are from the debut single, which if you like you can get either from the source, Action Records (users.otenet.gr/~riva28/Preview/) or from a mail-order like Soundflat or something. "What Kinda Love" is from the 2nd single(released again by Action Records). "Agent 0" was recorded live in concert in spring 2007 and a different studio version recorded in Hoewerk Studios in Bremen, Germany will appear in the forthcoming zentrale beatSchafee series 7" single by copaseDisques, Germany; while "the Fuzzman" previously appeared on the 1st volume of the Enjoy The Greeks compilation and is from the same recording sessions that produced our debut 7".
