Performing as standup comic, Impersonator, acting in Murder Mystery plays, Improv, Music, Playing pool, sewing and painting and creating (if I ever have time anymore) - what else can I say? I love to watch other comics - laughing is healing - a little reprieve from the negativity that surrounds too many people. I have great friends and family - friends in my life and in my comedy and impersonation worlds, too! What would I do without you all? I have 3 screenplays and 3 children's books I'd like to present to the world (only one book is written already).
Agents, Comedy Bookers, Event Planners, other professional tribute artists or comics interested in putting together a rocking, successful show! Besides business, I love meeting intelligent, non-judgemental people - and those with a sense of humor - always making new friends! I'm tired of egomaniacs as well as shallow people. As for individuals I'd love to meet: Phyllis Diller, Roseanne (again), and Carlos Santana (actually I'd love to SING with him - dream on, Anne!) And finally one day, to meet God (although he's around us in all ways anyway).**** NOTE **** I finally DID meet Ms. Diller! I'm thrilled - read my first blog entry.
Love all kinds of music! Depends on the mood I'm in: from Pink Floyd, Santana, Aerosmith, ...... to pop, show tunes, classical, new age, Greek music sometimes, country other times, blues, R+B, club music, dance music. You never what you'll hear at my house or in my car!
Deuce Bigelow, Ace Gigolo; Dragonfly; and sometimes, yes, Dumb and Dumber just does it! Sixth Sense, The Changeling (does anyone remember that one? It was great); List to be cont'd when I can think.....
Well of course NOW, my favorite HAS to be THE NEXT BEST THING!!!! .... Who's the Greatest Celebrity Impersonator! (good grief, good thing there isn't a space limit for titles in this thing. American Idol (although I didn't watch the 2007 season until the end) ..... I love well- written sitcoms - and of course, The Roseanne Show, Becker, Two and a Half Men, King of Queens, Just Shoot Me - then there's MadTV, South Park ... any show that makes people laugh. There aren't enough of them anymore! Also, huge "24" Fan! And the Medium, GhostWhisperer. There there are the serious educational channels - Discovery, History Channel, The Learning Channel - they have several great shows. And throw in a splash of the The Sopranos (what the heck kind of an ending was THAT, HBO?) .. a little HGTV, and there it is.
Just read Phyllis Diller's : Like a Lampshade in a Whorehouse ..... My Life In Comedy. What a hoot! Nothing like learning from the best!
