VENUS DISTRACTS MEI'm a self-producing hiphop-poet with reggae and folk-inspirations and a punk rock guitar keyboard rapper-singer artist, who gets help from various friends that happen to be kickass music producers. Music production is always appreciated, so that my ghetto beat construction skills can be put to rest at the mercy of higher-than-thou rhythm-making/parametric eq'ing kings and queens... maybe you?!things i love include: my yamaha cs2x keyboard, fender bass and stratocaster guitars, my yamaha acoustic guitar, my behringer mixer, shure microphone, hand-held portable cassette tape recorder, Canon EOS20D all inspire me.I drop dimes and I write rhymes. I draw comics about cats and random life-altering chance encounters (like a crackhead in a wheelchair that i met in moss park one day and he freestyled for me because I he thought i had "dope style and a slick cap") I am directionless, yet I have direction.......I make music because it's fun.
