Slow Form of Suicide formed in February 2008 -- when Chuck hooked up with his brother from the same mother Trace and brother from another mother John.We're recording a 3 song demo in the first week of May at 40 Hour Death Studio -- then we'll be looking to play shows whenever and wherever possible.
