I'm an odd one. Student, model, artist, spooky bat, fluffy bunny, geek/nerd/dork (a triple threat ;). I spent the first half of my life in a small little town in Rio Rancho, NM where I kept myself busy by making life sized paper mache dinosaurs, mastering video games, and reading classical literature. Shortly after my 11th birthday, I was uprooted from the quiet little world I had known for so long, and taken thousands of miles away, to a small town in Northern Japan. No, not Tokyo. I had a rice field in my back yard. The next four years of my life were spent trying to soak up the many unique aspects of Japanese culture. Throughout that time, I was fortunate enough to travel to other parts of Asia as well, and made it to Europe on occasion. Upon turning 15, I realized that I needed to return home to America. After the battle from hell with my mother, I managed to come out to Vegas to live with my father in late spring of 98'. I've been here ever since. The last seven years living in a fast-paced city such as Vegas has served to open my eyes to the world. Although still naive, I've finally been exposed to the hardships of the world, the back alley ways I never knew existed. And it has made me a better person. I've been at the UNLV Honors College for the last 4 years. I have a degree in Psychology, a minor in Chemistry, and a second major in Biology. I realized over the summer that I don't want to be a doctor, although that has been the plan throughout college. I'm too prissy to be a doctor. Taking my MCAT and realizing how easy writing and verbal reasoning was for me, I decided I would better serve the world as a lawyer. And be happier... I'm going to go to law school next year, and use my science background to pave my way into the field of Biotech patent law. I think that sums up most of it. Oh, I forgot to mention that I have the most awesome and brilliant boyfriend on the face of the Earth!!!
