So Long, and thanks for all the carrots.

About Me

I go to work. I go to school. I play roller derby. On the weekends I see local bands, play in nature (hiking, camping, off roading, snowboarding), and travel. Once in a blue moon I get to do some art. Here's a small peak: http://mattedfur.deviantart.comDown with Wal-Mart

My Interests

Local bands, road trips, hiking, bicycling, snowboarding, roller derby, infiltrating abandoned buildings, art, animals, pirating, paranormal, geology, activism, physics, vegetarianism, deviant art, book crossing

I'd like to meet:

Someone who isn't racist, sexist, homophobic, classist, misogynist, or a conformist... is that so much to ask?

Music:

Mostly punk (i.e. DIY, political, and foreign stuff), but there's also goth, industrial and Mozart scene that are pretty slick.

Movies:

Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter, Pi, Six String Samarai, Shallow Grave. Broken Vessels. Then there's the usual cult, horror, and punk classics.

Television:

Simpsons, Roseanne, South Park, Case Closed, X-Men (old & new), Whose Line is it Anyway?, Ghost Hunters. I get excited when I get to watch television, because it's VERY rare.

Books:

Douglas Adams, The Earth Children's series, The Dune series, Dean Koontz, Watership Down, S.E. Hinton, Animal Farm, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, V.C. Andrews, Nevada Barr, Richard Dawkins, Neil Gaiman, Robert Heinlein.

Heroes:

Batman, Emma Goldman, Albert Einstein, Sitting Bull, Annie Oakley, Anne Bonney, Mary Read, Mary Shelly, Ann Calvello, Pony Express Riders (don't ask), and my biggest heros are two friends that beat cancer.

My Blog
