GFB is an organization that educates young women to live strong, safe and empowered lives. Since it's inception in 2001, GFB has taken several forms. It is a 90-minute seminar conducted at schools and universities, a book about college safety and also an online boutique called www.shopGFB.com.

The company was started back in 2001 by Erin Weed after her friend and Alpha Phi sorority sister, Shannon McNamara, was murdered. After her death, Erin decided to learn how to protect herself, and in turn teach this information to others. Erin is certified in several self-defense systems, and believes you don't have to be a black belt to save your own life!

To all the friends and supporters of Girls Fight Back, we say THANK YOU. None of what has been accomplished over the past 5 years would have been possible without your good vibes.

Strong. Resilient. Spirited. Unified.
