My name is Ning but I have no name. I am no one and nothing at all but I am everyone and everything in the universe.
All is so many
All is but One
None.
This is my philosophy :
A H I M S A = 'non harming, non injuring'
A = Abstinence from animal product.
H = Harmlessness with reverence for life.
I = Integrity of thought, word and deed.
M = Mastery over oneself.
S = Service to humanity, nature and creation.
A = Advancement of understanding truth.
Peace is not something you wish for; it's something you make, something you do, something you are, something you give away.
-Robert Fulghum
But where was I to start? The world is so vast, I shall start with the country I knew best, my own. But my country is so very large. I had better start with my town. But my town, too, is large. I had best start with my street. No, my home. No, my family. Never mind, I shall start with myself.
Elie Wiesel
Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.
Buddha *About Me and Veganism*
-I've been vegan for 7 years because I cried so hard when reading a book in Thai called "Nightmare at Midnight" It detailed pig and cow slaughters in a slaughterhouse. Next day while chewing pork and thought of that pig I cried and became vegetarian the next day. Not long after that I became vegan.
- I use only all-natural products because chemical products harm the environment, my health and the animals.
- The 2 best things ever happened to my life are being vegan and spirituality.
- I prefer to spend my money on healthy and organic foods and natural products though they are more expensive.
Being vegan....
- has changed my tastebud. Not really eliminated it but I don't feel any appetite when seeing dead flesh.
- has eliminated my ashtma (I had to spray medication into my nose because I could not breath (Maybe because of MILK), chronic skin rashes at feet, constipation and inflamed intestine.
- makes my heart full of peace knowing I don't cause pain to any being and maybe because I don't eat flesh that is contaminated with pesticides, hormones, adrenaline, etc.
- has changed my world, my every aspect of life and the ways I live. Veganism is a step to a freedom state of mind.
Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine said "Let food be thy medicine, and let thy medicine be food."
"Men fed upon carnage, and drinking strong drinks, have all an impoisoned and arid blood which drives them mad in a hundred different ways."
~Voltaire (1694-1778)
"Recognize meat for what it really is: the antibiotic- and pesticide-laden corpse of a tortured animal."
~Ingrid Newkirk
~About Me and The Buddhist's Teaching~
The Buddhist's teaching has changed my life - my way of looking at the world. Not any of its dogmas and I'm not a Buddhist by name but by its core teaching which is the universal truth. It has eliminated my ignorance and made me look at the world as it is. Buddha said that even if he wasn't born, the truth still exists, he was just the one who found it. That truth is "there is no Me or Mine".
You cannot describe it or draw it. You cannot praise it enough or perceive it. No place can be found in which to put the Original Face; it will not disappear even when the universe is destroyed.
- Zen Buddhism
Your Birthdate: May 11
Spiritual and thoughtful, you tend to take a step back from the world.
You're very sensitive to what's going on around you, yet you remain calm. Although you are brilliant, it may take you a while to find your niche.
Your creativity is supreme, but it sometimes makes it hard for you to get things done.
Your strength: Your inner peace
Your weakness: You get stuck in the clouds
Your power color: Emerald
Your power symbol: Leaf
Your power month: November I totally believe humans have walked the wrong path. We can see from many destructions in the world : environmental destruction, pollution, wildlife extinction, global warming, animal cruelties, war, corruptions, many diseases such as cancers, diabete, heart disease, etc. These problems are created by humans, by their ways of living, by their daily lives whether it's the foods they eat, their materialism, the chemical products they use, their selfishness, their wrong attitudes of the world around them. I hope they realize that they are walking in the wrong path and choose the right path, a path of spirituality, love and compassion, free of ignorance and selfishness. It will not only bring them true happiness and peace but also bring happiness and peace to the world and all living beings. As long as there is conscious life on Earth , there will be suffering. The question becomes what to do with the existence each of us is given. We can choose to add our own fury and misery to the rest, or we can set an example by simultaneously working constructively to alleviate suffering while leading joyous, meaningful, fulfilled lives. Being a vegan isn't about deprivation or anger. It's about being fully aware so as to be fully alive.
Matt Ball, Vegan Outreach
This is animal testing.
Arie Brecher, MD, head pediatrician in Holon, Israel: "The abolition of vivisection must be total.
In a single year in the USA one and a half million people have been hospitalized because of side-effects of drugs, which have all been preventively tested on animals.
Animals are comparatively different from humans and no animal species can serve as an experimental model for man.
Each animal has a genetic code of its own,
which is a fixed datum and characteristically unique in each species.
For this reason, a method that is based on the similarity between the species, while there are differences, different genetic codes, can only lead medical science into error.
The mouse, the dog, the monkey, even when they are placed into the same environment, don't contract the same maladies. There simply can be no medical progress based on animal tests."I abhor vivisection with my whole soul. All the scientific discoveries stained with innocent blood I count as of no consequence."
- Mohandas Gandhi

"...many vivisectors still claim that what they do helps save human lives. They are lying. The truth is that animal experiments kill people, and animal researchers are responsible for the deaths of thousands of men, women and children every year." -Dr. Vernon Coleman, Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, UK.
A man of my spiritual intensity does not eat corpses.
~George Bernard Shaw
"Spiritual progress does demand at some stage that we should cease to kill our fellow creatures for the satisfaction of our bodily wants."
-Mohandas Gandhi (1869-1948), Hindu pacifist & spiritual leader
"Truly man is the king of beasts, for his brutality exceeds theirs. We live by the death of others. We are burial places."
- Leonardo Da Vinci
"The most violent weapon on earth is the table fork."
~Gandhi
Much of the indifference, apathy, and even cruelty we see has its origin in the false education given the young concerning the rights of animals, and their duty towards them.
~J.Todd Ferrier (1855-1943)
"To say the you behaved like animals is offensive to the animal creation because animals of the farmyard and field have an innate sense of decency."
-Justice Cusack
I have no doubt that it is a part of the destiny of the human race, in its gradual improvement, to leave off eating animals, as surely as the savage tribes have left off eating each other....
~Henry David Thoreau, Walden, 1854
