About Me

INTRODUCTION
Heriot-Watt University Students Association exists to encourage a student orientated approach to every aspect of University life and to create an environment in which students feel safe and able to participate.
As part of our commitment to showcasing new bands to a student audience all the HWLive gigs are Free Entry! We continue to see as many students (and their guests!) take advantage of this, witnessing the fine array of talent at what is now regarded as one of the best venues in Scotland.

The Hairy Watt Comedy Club is now established as one of the best student comedy clubs in Scotland. Heriot-Watt continues to show a huge commitment to providing affordable entertainment for students with all shows being Â£3. Previously witnessed at Hairy Watt - Craig Hill, Frankie Boyle, Stewart Francis, Des Clarke, Miles Jupp, Tony Carter, Tom Stade, Janey Godley, Kevin Bridges, Joe Heenan, Raymond Mearns and Sandy Nelson.
