About Me

Profile Edited by MPS MySpace Editor 2.0 ..

Go to Planet Claire for more regular updates.
I'm a ducker and diver, I get bored very easily and have quite a short attention span, and I say what I think.
I'm an artsy fartsy type - I love writing and anything remotely arty - film, the arts, fine arts, comedy, most music - lots of different kinds, from way out there stuff to swing to classical to gregorian chant to gospel to musicals to grunge to ska and rock'n'roll.
I'm an actress and dj, and I've just started a Drama and English degree, and then I'll spend a year after that learning to teach it. I've also just bought a sax, so I'm learning that (to annoy my neighbours).
I love London, where I live, and I love New York. I love talented people and hate those who are decieving themselves and the public. I don't suffer fools gladly. I am a complete food addict and constantly battling that. I love people who dare to be different - even if we don't share our interests.
I'm a bit of a prima donna, and I found out through my interest in genealogy that my ancestors were nobility, came over to England with William the Conqueror and even before that were European royalty, as well as Vikings.
Basically I can be as good an enemy as I am a friend - so watch it yer bastard!
Apart from that I'm quite the shy retiring type really. You know, boring.

My Interests

Music, Film, Writing, Art (esp van Gogh and Waterhouse), Reading, Literature, Linguistics, Shakespeare, Acting, Singing, Music, Theatre, Kids, Family, 1940s & 1950s, Genealogy, Comedy, New York, London, History, what else you got?

I'd like to meet:

Paul Gross, Ewan McGregor, David Boreanez, Keanu Reeves and Billy Zane - because dey all damn fine! I've met a lot of the, "famous", people I've ever wanted to and then some. Funny, the higher up the actual talent scale you go, the less arsehole-y they are, I've found.

This is only here only so I can hear his Ultimate Gorgeousness say, "Claire....with the hair" (at 1:34), whenever I want *swoon!*
